Rapidly increasing planned acts of mass violence and an influx in corporate espionage and sabotage have resulted in the
need for increased protection of an organization’s critical assets. All too often, the security measures selected to address
these threats are reactive, expensive, ineffective, or in conflict with organizational and societal culture. The consequences
of ineffective security are loss of life, significant financial loss, and damage to brand, reputation, and consumer confidence.
The Suspicion Indicators Recognition and Assessment (SIRA) system is a proven, proactive threat detection, assessment,
and interception security system developed by Rozin Security.
Although successful as a stand-alone training, SIRA is significantly more effective when part of a comprehensive and fully
integrated program that includes a risk assessment, customized protocols, quality assurance, and threat intelligence and
SIRA® PROGRAM PACKAGE
Rozin Security customers investing in the SIRA program will receive the following:
Clients receive a comprehensive report that outlines their organization’s current threats, specific vulnerabilities, and
recommendations for security improvements. The report will emphasize how SIRA implementation will address the
identified vulnerabilities to increase the overall security of the location.
SITE SPECIFIC CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM
Rozin Security SIRA clients will receive customized training and SIRA Standard Operational Protocol outlining field
deployment, roles, responsibilities, and operational actions of onsite security or law enforcement personnel including
Behavior Detection Officers™ (BDO’s™).
CERTIFIED AND FIELD EXPERIENCED BEHAVIOR DETECTION OFFICERS™
In close partnership with guard force companies or by leveraging in-house personnel, Rozin Security will build dedicated
Behavior Detection Officers (BDO’s) who are trained in protecting the company’s assets. Recruited specifically for the role,
BDO’s undergo a comprehensive, challenging, and selective SIRA training. Only upon successful completion of the 48
hours of SIRA training do candidates for the position of BDO’s get referred to field training. Once they pass the initial
course and field training, BDO’s achieve their certification and can begin independent field work.
To ensure a high-level of effectiveness and ongoing superior performance, Rozin Security executes periodic quality
assurance tests, known as Red Teams, to examine the performance of the SIRA program. Clients will receive reports
outlining the results and overall level of performance of the SIRA program at their location.
METROPOLITAN THREAT INFORMATION CENTER (MTICSM)
Rozin Security’s MTICSM intelligence network service supports all clients through the analysis of detected suspicious
activities and live support. Rozin Security trained analysts, in collaboration with analysts from state law enforcement and
federal government agencies, provide weekly threat information reports and monthly threat briefings. Rozin Security
analysts are sworn deputies with Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.
“This program fundamentally changes how we, as an organization,
design our security posture. I wish I had this [SIRA®] program years ago.”
